About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled Workflow Optimization Specialist to join our Technical Support Sales department. As a Workflow Optimization Specialist, you will play a critical role in analyzing laboratory workflows and identifying opportunities for automation and IT solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze existing laboratory workflows to detect improvement areas
  • Develop a comprehensive vision for automation and IT solutions
  • Communicate complex concepts to customers and act as a workflow consultant
  • Develop new business opportunities and long-term accounts
  • Coordinate and own the Total Lab Automation Tenders technical response

Requirements

  • Degree in a technical, biomedical, or IT field
  • Previous experience in selling and positioning WIT solutions or selling into laboratory/hospital environments
  • Strong knowledge of laboratory automation and IT technology
  • Knowledge of workflow analytics, including cross-discipline simulations
  • Fluency in English and Spanish
