About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Growth Strategist to join our team in Barcelona, Spain. As part of our ambitious growth plans in Latin America, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth through digital demand generation and lifecycle marketing.

As a key member of our Regional Inbound Marketing Team, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement performance-driven content marketing campaigns that generate sales-qualified leads (SQLs), own email and lifecycle marketing programs that nurture leads into customers, and partner with product/engineering resources to create innovative marketing actions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Taking ownership of the LATAM market organic inbound strategy and implementation to drive massive growth in website traffic, lead acquisition, and revenue.
  • Developing and implementing SEO actions that include link-building, domain authority improvements, content strategy, and website audits.
  • Identifying new organic revenue opportunities outside of existing business lines to grow our active user base.
  • Ensuring that content and distribution strategies contribute to awareness, acquisition, and retention goals.
  • Managing campaign ROIs and brand KPIs while overseeing media budgets and resource allocation.
  • Leading the LATAM inbound marketing team (6 people) and external suppliers, including PR agencies, link-building agencies, copywriters, brand ambassadors, etc.
  • Setting clear targets and KPIs to ensure the LATAM inbound marketing team is constantly pushing themselves to grow on both hard and soft skills levels.
  • Collaborating with Sales, Product, Performance, and Marketing Ops teams to ensure market goals are met.

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • At least 5 years of experience as an Inbound Marketing Manager, Demand Generation Manager, or similar role.
  • Deep knowledge of SEO and demand generation, including keyword research, link-building, on-page/off-page optimization, etc.
  • Drive, tenacity, and results-oriented mindset.
  • Strong analytical rigor to quantitatively analyze and optimize inbound marketing programs and growth initiatives.

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of €60,000 - €80,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus additional benefits, including a comprehensive health insurance plan, flexible working hours, and professional development opportunities.
