You will provide customers with information related to our products, services, promotions, sales guides, marketing actions, and other relevant information to effectively sell our products through various sales channels, increasing sales and profitability for both the customer's business and Desigual.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage orders and returns: Process customers' orders, changes, and returns of products and/or services according to Desigual's policies and procedures to ensure timely and accurate product and service delivery.
- Ensure invoices are paid on due dates and follow them up accordingly.
- Coordinate and execute marketing and promotional campaigns specific to key accounts.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure products are well-stocked and readily available for partners.
- Identify, monitor, and solve disputes arising from commercial, financial, or logistic collection processes between Desigual and its customers.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in account management or a similar role, preferably within the fashion or retail industry.
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- SAP Knowledge.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Italian.
