  • Learning Technology: Utilize learning management systems, like Workday Learning, to deliver, track, and optimize training effectiveness.
  • Vendor Relations: Manage relationships with external training providers to source and implement high-quality learning solutions.
  • Performance Measurement: Establish metrics and monitor the impact of learning activities on employee performance and business outcomes.
  • Change Leadership: Support organizational change by providing learning solutions that facilitate adaptation and transformation.
  • Communication: Effectively communicate learning initiatives, progress, and outcomes across all levels of the organization.
About You

We are looking for a candidate with:

  • A degree in HR, Education, or a related field, with a preference for advanced qualifications.
  • 5-7 years of L&D experience, with a flair for creating engaging learning experiences.
  • Familiarity with LMS like Workday, and a knack for technology.
  • Strong communication skills, with proficiency in English and a bonus for multilingual abilities.
  • Experience with Workday and a hands-on approach to learning technology.
  • Skills that are a big plus: multilingualism, especially in Spanish or German, to connect with our diverse team.
