Project Manager at STRUNOR

POSITION OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dedicated project manager to oversee various assignments from inception to completion. This role involves ensuring adherence to quality and safety standards, managing costs, and coordinating with multiple departments within the organization.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Monitor project scope throughout all phases, including design and calculations.
  • Guarantee that all projects meet the established safety and quality benchmarks set by STRUNOR.
  • Administer project budgets, ensuring financial targets are met.
  • Adjust project timelines as necessary, ensuring alignment with scope changes.
  • Lead and supervise the on-site team effectively.
  • Oversee subcontractors and manage lifting and access equipment on-site.
  • Negotiate and handle any technical and financial project variations.
  • Participate in site meetings with clients, serving as the primary point of contact.
  • Ensure timely invoicing and payment processes.
  • Address and resolve any project-related incidents.
  • Uphold installation quality in accordance with STRUNOR's standards.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree in Technical Architecture, Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in the construction industry.
  • Background in project management, cost control, planning, and quality assurance.
  • Proficient in English.
  • Excellent communication skills.
