Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Site Manager to join our team at H3campus. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful execution of our projects.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and control the construction process to ensure compliance with project requirements and specifications.
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues that may impact project timelines and budgets.
  • Collaborate with the Industrial Project Manager to ensure the achievement of project Key Performance Indicators.
  • Ensure that all work is carried out in accordance with health and safety standards and regulations.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and contractors to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.

Requirements:

  • Strong leadership and project management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment with cross-functional interfaces.
  • Fluency in Spanish is mandatory, English and/or French is a plus.
