About the Role

STRUNOR is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to lead our construction projects from design to settlement. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement project plans, including scope, schedule, and budget.
  • Manage and coordinate with cross-functional teams, including design, procurement, and construction teams.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and quality parameters, as well as cost control and subcontractor management.
  • Monitor and control project progress, identifying and mitigating risks and issues.
  • Coordinate and supervise site teams, including subcontractors and lifting and access equipment.
  • Negotiate and manage variations to the project scope, ensuring technical and economic feasibility.
  • Act as liaison between STRUNOR and clients, ensuring effective communication and issue resolution.
  • Manage and resolve incidents, ensuring minimal disruption to project timelines.
  • Ensure installation quality meets STRUNOR's parameters.

Requirements

  • Degree in Technical Architecture, Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or similar.
  • Proven experience in construction project management, cost control, planning, and quality control.
  • Proficiency in English language.
  • High level of communication and interpersonal skills.
