Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager Senior to join our global software packaging team. The successful candidate will provide project management support, lead daily meetings, and assign tasks based on customer requirements.
Key Responsibilities- Provide project management support to the global software packaging team
- Lead daily meetings and assign tasks based on customer requirements
- Guide the team in resolving technical issues
- Gather requirements and manage user expectations
- Lead the analysis, estimation, and approvals of multiple projects
- Maintain metrics and reports for management
- Supervise governance meetings
- Availability to assist at least once per week to the office
- Proficiency in conversational and written English
- Solid experience in project management, 3 to 5 years of experience in similar roles
- Graduation in areas related to project management, PMP certification (is a plus) or other relevant certifications
- Skills in leading multidisciplinary teams for project success
- Experience in waterfall and agile methodologies
- Experience in managing complex and strategic projects
- Experience in identifying and managing risks in projects, as well as making strategic decisions
- Results orientation and ability to meet project objectives within established deadlines and budgets
- Ability to adapt to changes and challenges that may arise during project execution and adjust strategies as needed
- Experience in project management culture (processes, tools, standards, and lessons learned)
- Effective communication (English) both orally and in writing to interact with teams, stakeholders, and senior management
