Site Manager
The Site Manager is a critical role within PARLYM, responsible for ensuring the successful execution of projects on-site. This position requires a strong focus on quality, safety, and compliance with company standards and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and control the construction phase to ensure it is completed on schedule and within budget.
- Support the Industrial Project Manager in evaluating project progress and preparing detailed reports.
- Verify that technical solutions proposed by the EPCm contractor meet quality requirements and are adequate for the project.
- Oversee the execution of work and prepare progress site reports.
- Ensure compliance with specifications, deadlines, costs, and quality standards.
- Identify potential problems and propose mitigating solutions.
- Contribute to improving project margins.
- Participate in main supplier meetings and EPCm contractor meetings.
- Attend operational coordination meetings during the construction phase.
- Ensure adherence to all health and safety standards and report any issues.
- Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment with cross-functional interfaces.
- Strong communication skills.
- Spanish is mandatory; English and/or French is a plus.
Requirements:
- Strong leadership and project management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Spanish is required; English and/or French is an asset.
