Job Description:

Site Manager

The Site Manager is a critical role within PARLYM, responsible for ensuring the successful execution of projects on-site. This position requires a strong focus on quality, safety, and compliance with company standards and client requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and control the construction phase to ensure it is completed on schedule and within budget.
  • Support the Industrial Project Manager in evaluating project progress and preparing detailed reports.
  • Verify that technical solutions proposed by the EPCm contractor meet quality requirements and are adequate for the project.
  • Oversee the execution of work and prepare progress site reports.
  • Ensure compliance with specifications, deadlines, costs, and quality standards.
  • Identify potential problems and propose mitigating solutions.
  • Contribute to improving project margins.
  • Participate in main supplier meetings and EPCm contractor meetings.
  • Attend operational coordination meetings during the construction phase.
  • Ensure adherence to all health and safety standards and report any issues.
  • Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment with cross-functional interfaces.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Spanish is mandatory; English and/or French is a plus.
