We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Development Representative to join our team at Apartool. As a Sales Development Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and revenue by identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities.
Key Responsibilities- Proactively participate in lead generation campaigns to identify and qualify new business opportunities.
- Conduct market research and individual prospect research to stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at corporate agencies and relocation companies.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute sales strategies and tactics.
- Stay up-to-date on industry developments and competitor activity to ensure Apartool remains a leader in the corporate housing market.
- Advanced level of English and Spanish language proficiency.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Proven track record of success in sales development and business development roles.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and objectives.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
