About the Role

This exciting opportunity is part of our new Digital Sales Hub in Barcelona, and you will be part of a talented global team. Your primary responsibilities will include providing technical support, translating customer requirements into solutions, identifying opportunities for cross-selling and upselling, and defining margins in alignment with sales and delivery teams. You will also be responsible for drafting statements of work and curating a repository of solution collaterals. As a Presales Consultant, you will be a subject matter expert, staying updated on industry trends and competitor offerings to provide valuable insights and enhance our solution offerings.

Key Responsibilities

  • Scoping and Sizing Opportunities: Collaborate closely with sales teams and clients to comprehensively assess requirements, objectives, constraints, and what SoftwareONE can offer.
  • Solution Design and Proposal Development: Design customized solutions that align with client requirements, leveraging your expertise and knowledge of our service offerings and present these and any necessary demos.
  • Margins and Statements of Work: Define margins for proposed solutions in coordination with sales and delivery teams, ensuring profitability while meeting client expectations.
  • Collaterals and Marketing Support: Establish and maintain a repository of solution collaterals, including case studies, white papers, presentations, and other relevant materials.

Requirements

  • Prior Experience: At least 1-2 years of presales experience.
  • Technical Knowledge: Essential knowledge of collaboration platforms, document management, VDI, unified communications, enterprise mobility, and cloud computing.
  • Soft Skills: Strong verbal communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to tailor solutions to client needs and work with local and international customers and colleagues.
