Job Summary:

Luxe Talent, a leading international recruitment and training consultancy specializing in the Fashion, Luxury, Retail, and FMCG sectors, is seeking an experienced Assistant Store Manager for a luxury brand in Barcelona. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing sales teams, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with sales associates to enhance their selling skills and achieve sales goals and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Perform all sales associate duties at the highest level of expectation to ensure exceptional customer service.
  • Manage sales teams, participate in their development, and contribute to the growth of the store's turnover through sales initiatives.
  • Assist the management team in supporting daily operations and back-office activities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, resulting in outstanding sales performance.
  • Support the management team with planning, store opening and closing, organization, stock management, cash management, and reporting.

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years of experience as a Manager (or similar position) for a luxury brand.
  • Previous experience in selling high-end luxury products (shoes and leather goods accessories) is preferred.
  • Excellent understanding of store procedures and selling and customer relationship management (CRM) techniques.
  • Strong client-telling skills to maintain client contact and engage them in a long-term professional and loyal relationship.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook and Excel.
  • Team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail to support business needs and provide a polished and professional service.
  • English is mandatory.
