About the Role

As an Assistant Store Manager at Tapestry, you will play a key role in leading our store team to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive business results. We are seeking a talented and experienced retail professional to join our team and contribute to the success of our modern luxury brand.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the store team to achieve sales and customer service goals, while maintaining a positive and productive work environment.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth, improve customer satisfaction, and increase employee engagement.
  • Collaborate with the Store Manager to set goals, prioritize tasks, and allocate resources to achieve business objectives.
  • Provide coaching and development opportunities to store team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards, including those related to customer service, sales, and inventory management.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a retail management role, preferably in a luxury or high-end retail environment.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales and customer service goals, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and employee engagement.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve results.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as needed.
