Luxury Brand Floor Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Floor Manager to join our team at Luxe Talent, a leading international recruitment and training consultancy specializing in the Fashion, Luxury, Retail, and FMCG sectors.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in managing sales teams and driving sales growth in a luxury brand environment. Key responsibilities will include:

  • Leading Sales Teams: Partner with sales associates to improve their selling skills and close sales, ensuring the team achieves sales goals and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Delivering Exceptional Customer Service: Perform all sales associate duties at the highest level, providing perfect luxury service to clients.
  • Managing Sales Performance: Manage sales teams, participate in their development, and contribute to the growth of the store's turnover through sales actions.
  • Supporting Store Operations: Assist the management team with daily operations, back-office activities, and support with planning, opening, and closing of the store.
  • Building Client Relationships: Develop and maintain quality relationships with clients, resulting in strong sales performance.

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years' experience as a Floor Manager (or similar position) in a luxury brand environment.
  • Previous experience in selling high-end luxury products (shoes, leather goods, and accessories) is preferred.
  • Excellent understanding of store procedures, selling techniques, and CRM strategies.
  • Strong client-telling skills to maintain engaging relationships with clients.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook and Excel.
  • Team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail to support business needs and provide a polished service.
  • English is mandatory.
