Main Responsibilities

    • Ensure that customers receive exceptional service and have a positive shopping experience
    • Implement customer feedback and suggestions to improve customer satisfaction
  • Store Operations
    • Ensure that the store is well-organized and visually appealing, with a strong focus on brand image and visual identity
    • Manage inventory levels, restocking, and stock discrepancies to ensure optimal stock management
  • Team Management
    • Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve sales objectives and improve customer satisfaction
    • Develop and implement training programs to enhance team skills and knowledge
  • Brand Image and Compliance
    • Ensure that the store is compliant with all brand guidelines and operating procedures
    • Monitor and maintain a high level of brand image and visual identity

Requirements

  • 3-4 years of store experience, with a minimum of 2 years of team management experience
  • Strong management and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues
  • Knowledge of luxury sales and hospitality techniques, with a strong understanding of the luxury and fashion industry
  • Fluent Spanish and English language skills
