Job Summary

In your role as an HR Generalist at Europcar Mobility Group, you will be responsible for a wide range of HR tasks, including talent acquisition, employee onboarding, training and development, and HR operations. You will use Human Resources Information Systems to ensure all employee records are up-to-date and confidential. As a key point of contact for employees' queries on HR-related topics, you will provide timely and professional support to ensure the HR department's operations run smoothly and effectively.

Main Responsibilities
  • Talent Acquisition and Recruitment: Conduct end-to-end talent acquisition and recruitment processes for internal and external roles, ensuring a high volume of qualified candidates.
  • Employee Onboarding and Development: Oversee employee onboarding and help organize training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • HR Operations and Support: Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics, such as leaves, opportunities for development, data changes requests, and other HR-related matters.
  • HR Program Promotion: Promote HR programs to create an efficient workplace where issues are tackled rapidly, and employee satisfaction is high.
  • Performance Management: Undertake tasks around performance management, including gathering and analyzing data with useful HR metrics.
  • Employee Records and Data Management: Ensure all employee records are maintained and updated with new hire information or changes in employment status.
  • Talent Management Tools: Update Talent Management tools within your scope of responsibility.
  • Reporting and Analytics: Produce and submit reports on general HR activity as needed.
  • Ad Hoc Support: Provide ad hoc support with budget monitoring and payroll.
  • Employee Satisfaction and Compliance: Enhance job satisfaction by resolving issues promptly and ensure compliance with labor regulations.
  • Employee Life Cycle Documents: Prepare different documents that come from the employee life cycle, such as offer letters, data change letters, and end-of-season communication for seasonal workers.
  • Seasonal Worker Management: Manage the rehire and suspension of seasonal workers on a yearly basis.
  • Talent Management Tools Maintenance: Maintain talent management tools on your scope of responsibility.
  • Employee Complaints and Investigations: Support in processing employee complaints regarding discrimination and/or instances of harassment and assist in any necessary investigations and disciplinary actions.
  • Exit Interviews and Corrective Action: Conduct exit interviews and recommend corrective action if necessary.
