The successful candidate will have a strong delivery and change management background, with excellent problem-solving abilities and exemplary communication skills. They will be a peer leader, able to gain stakeholder buy-in, negotiate, and drive virtual teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead complex, large-scale IT/digital/business transformation programs
  • Develop and execute education plans, roadmaps, and business outcome alignments
  • Interface with customer and AWS leadership to drive collaboration and deliver outcomes
  • Translate strategic initiatives into executable actions
