As a Sales Representative - German-English, you will be working onsite in Sofia, Bulgaria, creating and delivering exceptional customer experiences while also experiencing the award-winning employment experience and company culture of TTEC.

What You'll Be Doing
You will work effectively to service and upsell client products to existing customers. Your passion and experience in goal setting and negotiation will enable you to close sales, handle objections and rebuttals during role plays and customer interactions. You will grow your book of business by developing new business opportunities, establishing and nurturing customer relationships, and ensuring retention. Additionally, you will engage customers in a consultative manner to develop value propositions that cater to their needs, with the goal of increasing volume for existing clients and acquiring volume for new customers. To ensure outstanding customer experience, you will respond to incoming calls and emails. Furthermore, you will identify the customer's shipping profile to secure their business or refer the lead to the appropriate channel.

Your Role Qualifications
To excel in this role, you must have fluency in both English and German language at an advanced C1 level. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential. Demonstrated proficiency in sales negotiation and closing techniques is required. A well-rounded approach that includes cold calling, relationship building, sales process, and appointment setting is necessary. Goal-oriented with a strong focus on achieving targets and contributing to business growth, you must also be competent in using Microsoft Office and CRM software.
