Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled GDS Specialist to join our Flight Operations team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting our travel operations teams with daily tasks, ensuring seamless execution of flights, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle and support Travel Operations tasks, including flight changes, cancellations, and refunds.
  • Manage, escalate, and follow-up on GDS issues and cases.
  • Deal with negotiated rates and advanced refunds in GDS.
  • Work directly with our land suppliers for pre- and post-bookings.
Requirements
  • Fluent communication in English (additional languages like French or Spanish are considered).
  • Strong knowledge of Amadeus/GDS.
  • Proven experience dealing with negotiate fares and commissions in GDS.
  • Ability to plan, multi-task, and manage time effectively.
Preferred Qualifications
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in Customer Support in the Travel industry, preferably including flights.
  • Proven record in fast-growing environments.
  • Adaptability, problem-solving, and fast-learning attitude.
