Job Summary
The Associate Director, Operations will lead and coordinate programs in the area of Special Projects from the definition phase to its final delivery. This role is responsible for creating proposals, managing client relationships, and coordinating with stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Create program proposals for corporate clients, including understanding client requests, content definition, program structure, timings, and price estimations.
- Coordinate with clients to define and deliver programs, maintaining continuous communication throughout the program.
- Lead program planning and preparation, ensuring full coordination with the team, academic director, and professors.
- Coordinate and support the team with administrative tasks, including program setup, operational and logistics preparation, and ensuring all platforms and materials are correctly prepared.
- Ensure program delivery, with all materials available and properly communicated to participants and professors.
- Be aware of any changes occurring throughout the program and make decisions to adjust as necessary.
- Lead projects to improve internal processes, increasing efficiency and perceived value of participants.
Qualifications
- Master's degree from a top University.
- Fluent in Spanish (native level) and English.
- Outstanding communication skills, strong teamwork capability, and a positive customer-oriented style.
- Visionary problem solver and change agent.
- Experience in Management Consulting is highly valued.
- Able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and manage resources effectively and efficiently.
