Drive Sales Excellence in Europe

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving a scientific approach to sales, embedding a performance-based culture, and transforming front office operations to directly influence operating income results. This includes defining and implementing a common sales strategy, digital sales transformation, optimizing European sales team sizes and resourcing, and implementing new technologies to achieve profitable sales growth targets in line with corporate goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a sales strategy that aligns with corporate objectives
  • Lead the transformation of front office operations to improve sales performance
  • Optimize sales team sizes and resourcing to achieve business goals
  • Implement new technologies to enhance sales capabilities
  • Collaborate with country management teams to drive sales growth and profitability
Requirements:
  • Over 2 years of functional experience in a related front-office discipline, ideally sales/sales consultancy
  • Graduate degree required, with preference given to those candidates possessing an MBA
  • Fluent in English, with other languages a benefit
  • Excellent verbal, written, and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a multi-cultural and multi-skilled team
