Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Director of Operational Excellence to lead our Operational Excellence and Transformation function. As a key member of our Service Leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing plans that deliver exceptional service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead operational teams to improve client experience and drive business growth
  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize resources, improve operational efficiency, and enhance client satisfaction
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams
  • Identify and implement best practices and technologies to drive business outcomes
  • Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and resource plans to ensure operational excellence
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team of operational excellence professionals
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business initiatives and achieve strategic objectives
Requirements
  • Proven experience as an operational leader in a professional services or BPO environment
  • Excellent analytical, presentation, and communication skills
  • Ability to lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team
  • Strong financial and commercial acumen
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Strong networking and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to influence and negotiate at all levels
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in HR and payroll drivers and processes
  • Knowledge of payroll legislation and working practices within a bureau environment
