- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Industrial, Chemical, Food Industry, or similar)

- Experience in implementing lean manufacturing principles and driving continuous improvement initiatives
- At least 3 years of experience working in an operational excellence environment or a related role
- Demonstrated expertise in ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and quality management systems
- Proven ability to leverage manufacturing processes, technologies, and best practices to optimize operational efficiency and productivity
- Monitored and reported on key performance metrics driving data-driven decision-making
- Ability to make an impact, influence, and leadership required
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels
