The Job
We are seeking an engaging and dynamic Technical Application Scientist II, Chemistry to join our team. As a Technical Application Scientist, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our customers, helping them to overcome complex analytical challenges. You will work closely with various departments and colleagues to effectively resolve inquiries, showcase your creativity and adaptability, and share your expertise and experiences with your peers.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately record pertinent information from customer contacts in our Customer Relationship Management system.
- Recommend and implement improvements in processes, FAQ, and technical information.
- Participate in additional special team or individual projects.
Requirements
- A Master's degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, or a similar field.
- 1-5 years laboratory experience.
- Effective communication, both written and oral.
- Customer-centric attitude.
- Proficient in Italian and English.
