The Job
We are seeking an engaging and dynamic Technical Application Scientist II, Chemistry and Materials Expert to join our team. As a Technical Application Scientist, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our customers, sharing your expertise and technological advancements with researchers, and helping them to make the world a better place.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately record pertinent information from customer contacts in our Customer Relationship Management system.
- Recommend and implement improvements in processes, FAQ, and technical information.
- Participate in additional special team or individual projects.
Requirements
- A Master's degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, or a similar field.
- 1-5 years laboratory experience.
- Effective communication, both written and oral.
- Customer-centric attitude.
- Proficient in Italian and English.
