The Job: We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Application Scientist II to join our team. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing expert technical guidance and support to our customers. This will involve collaborating with various departments and colleagues to resolve complex technical inquiries, sharing your expertise and experiences with your peers, and staying up-to-date on the latest products, solutions, and processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide accurate and timely technical support to customers through various communication channels.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including FAQs, technical notes, and product information.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical issues and improve processes.
- Participate in special projects and initiatives to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, or a related field.
- 1-5 years of laboratory experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
