Key Responsibilities:
Resolve technical inquiries from researchers
Collaborate with various departments and colleagues
Share expertise and experiences with peers
Stay updated on the latest products, solutions, and processes

Requirements:
Strong technical knowledge in chemistry
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Fluency in French and English
