As a Technical Application Specialist II, you will be responsible for providing technical support for our Chemical product lines and services, answering customer technical inquiries, and participating in frequent trainings on products and continuing education on new applications and technologies.
Key Responsibilities- Provide technical support for Thermo Fisher Scientific Chemical product lines and services by answering customer technical inquiries.
- Accurately record pertinent information from customer contacts in our Customer Relationship Management system.
- Participate in frequent trainings on products and continue education on new applications and technologies.
- Recommend and implement improvements in processes, FAQ, and technical information.
- Participate in additional special team or individual projects.
- A Master's degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, or a similar field.
- 1-5 years laboratory experience.
- Effective communication, both written and oral.
- Customer centricity.
- Proficient in English and French.
