About the Role


We are looking for a seasoned partnership professional to join our growing team at Pleo. As a Senior Partner Manager, you will play a key role in building and nurturing our partner communities across various markets.


Key Responsibilities



  • Develop and execute strategic plans to drive growth and revenue through our partner channel
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with high-value accountants and consulting partners
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver training, webinars, and events to support partner onboarding and success
  • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities through data analysis and market research

What We Need from You



  • Proven experience in building long-lasting B2B relationships and driving revenue growth through strategic partnerships
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to adapt to diverse stakeholder needs
  • Danish and English fluency, with additional Swedish fluency a plus
  • Strong commercial mindset and ability to think strategically
