Job Summary:
Hotel Mandarine Regency is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Residences to lead the preopening of our luxury residences in Madrid. The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall operations and management of the residences, including the formulation and implementation of strategies, policies, and procedures related to the delivery of services to residence owners.

Key Responsibilities:
Formulate and implement strategies related to the residences
Develop and implement policies, procedures, and pricing for the delivery of services to residence owners
Create a comprehensive list of services and amenities available to unit owners, ensuring alignment with hotel service departments
Liaise with Residence Board of Directors, hotel management, and MOHG
Manage projects and other reasonable duties as required by hotel management
Hire, train, and manage dedicated Residences staff, including compensation and benefit packages
Establish a pre-opening budget covering residences, including staff planning, service contracts, and other expenses
Communicate key property information to Residence Owners and Board of Directors
Ensure compliance with standards of operation and service standards at all times
Perform regular inspections and reviews of all operations to ensure quality standards are maintained
Ensure staffing is maintained at an appropriate level to match business demand
Participate in operational meetings as required
Review owner comments and complaints and formulate solutions to prevent dissatisfaction
Coordinate functional support from hotel staff to deliver superior basic and a la carte services

Requirements:
BA or BS degree or equivalent educational experience
5 years of relevant experience in luxury community management or luxury hotel management
Prior hotel or residential opening experience is an advantage
Excellent communication skills in all aspects: verbal, written, and non-verbal
Fluency in Spanish is required
Quality driven with a passion for excellence
Excellent organisational and administrative skills, interpersonal skills, and leadership skills
