Dutch Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled and multilingual customer service representative to join our team in Barcelona, Spain. As a Dutch customer service advisor, you will be the main point of contact for customers with questions or issues related to a banking application.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service to customers in Dutch, responding to their inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Work closely with the customer support team to ensure seamless communication and resolution of customer complaints.
- Participate in a comprehensive training program to develop your skills and knowledge in customer service, banking applications, and cultural awareness.
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives.
- Fluent in Dutch (C2) and working proficiency in English.
- Previous call centre experience is an asset, but not required.
- Basic computer skills and ability to follow procedures around sensitive data.
- Flexibility and punctuality regarding working hours, including evening and weekend shifts.
- Paid training and development opportunities.
