Business Development Representative with German Language Expertise

Wibit Consulting & Services (WibitCS) is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative with German language expertise to join our team in Dublin. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving growth and revenue by creating sales-qualified opportunities and building long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive growth by creating sales-qualified opportunities and showcasing the value of our product to clients
  • Proactively source new opportunities using cutting-edge technology and innovative approaches
  • Qualify leads and seamlessly hand them over to Account Executives for closing
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients and partners
  • Stay on top of daily, weekly, and monthly performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly
  • Engage with prospective clients through multiple channels, including phone, email, and LinkedIn
  • Consistently achieve sales goals and contribute to overall team success
  • Be a passionate advocate for our product and services, generating interest and assessing the perfect fit for both parties
Requirements:
  • Fluent in both German and English, with strong communication skills in both written and spoken forms
  • A burning passion for a career in sales and a growth mindset
  • Minimum 1+ years of experience in B2B/BDR (SaaS) with a proven track record of success
  • Experience with Salesforce is a plus but not mandatory
  • Impeccable attention to detail and the ability to stay organized
