We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior HR Site Lifecycle Partner to join our team at Amazon. As a key member of our HR organization, you will play a critical role in supporting the launch and growth of our new sites across the EU.
Key Responsibilities- Site Lifecycle Management: Support all site lifecycle stages, including site launches, retrofits, refurbishments, and relocations, ensuring that standards for people impacting spaces are met.
- People Impacting Spaces: Ensure that standards for people impacting spaces are met in all site lifecycle stages, and challenge and escalate any variance to agreed standards.
- Risk Management: Anticipate and escalate/resolve people impacting risks for site lifecycle stages and influence mitigation strategies.
- Critical Role Hiring: Anticipate and escalate/resolve critical role hiring risks at launching, refurbishing, or retrofitting sites and ensure internal guidelines are adhered to.
- People Systems: Accountable for the timely and accurate set-up of people systems, processes, and Day 1 Launch celebrations.
- PXT Capabilities: Responsible for the coordination/set-up of PXT capabilities programs for field PXT teams in overseen sites.
- Communications: Responsible for the creation and implementation of communications plans for all site lifecycle stages in overseen sites.
- Associate Experience: Runs cross-business lines and cross-country projects focused on improving Associate Experience at all site lifecycle stages.
- Project Management: Facilitates project communication to stakeholders and leads project status meetings.
- Partnerships: Builds cross-functional partnerships with Regional Operations leaders, site leadership teams, and other departments to achieve objectives connected to all site lifecycle stages.
- People Governance: Responsible for the set-up of People Governance structures for all site lifecycle stages in overseen sites.
- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree or equivalent degree
- Proven cross-functional and international project management experience, handling complex change initiatives
- Good understanding of relevant employment legislation that projects may impact
- Fluency in both verbal and written English
- Ability to travel 50+% of working time is required
- In addition, generalist PXT (HR) exposure in a fast-paced, operational environment is desired
- Fluency in German
