We are a dynamic e-commerce company in the fashion industry, constantly seeking innovative ways to enhance our partnerships and operations. As a Strategic Partnerships and Operations Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving performance improvement initiatives with our partners, guiding them through every step of our platform journey.

Job Overview
This is a full-time position that requires at least 2 years of relevant experience working in a major consulting firm, a start-up, or a fashion e-player. You will be responsible for analyzing the strengths and weaknesses of current partners' operations and developing joint action plans to address the issues.

Responsibilities
Some key responsibilities include:

  • Proactively identify and drive performance improvement initiatives with our partners.
  • Derive actionable insights from data analysis and discussions with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Synthesize and present performance figures to Merchants and senior management.
  • Ensure that our partners comply with our Marketplace guidelines and policies in their planning, forecasting, ordering, billing, restocking, merchandising, and programs.

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need to have excellent analytical and synthesis skills with a strong drive for problem-solving and getting things done. You should be comfortable managing long sales cycles with many stakeholders, including top-level management. Additionally, you should be organized and methodical, managing projects from initial outreach and negotiation to 360o concept creation, campaign execution, KPI tracking, budgeting, reporting, and analysis.

What We Offer
We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on your experience and qualifications. You will also receive benefits such as health insurance, paid time off, and professional development opportunities.

About You
You hold an advanced degree in Business, Management, Economics, or related fields. You have expert market insight on content topics and can facilitate decision-making through business cases. You have a fashion e-commerce background and are fluent in English (both written and spoken) and Spanish. A third language is a plus.
