Our team members are the driving force behind our success, and we are seeking a talented and experienced F&B Supervisor to join our pre-opening team at the Four Seasons Resort Mallorca.
About the Role:
We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated F&B Supervisor to assist the daily Food and Beverage operation at our resort. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of service, quality, and consistency in all aspects of food and beverage operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain a luxurious and welcoming environment, with a focus on exceptional guest experiences.
- Ensure seamless service delivery, with a focus on attention to detail and a commitment to excellence.
- Control reservations and seating, ensuring efficient and effective service.
- Monitor and maintain high standards of food and beverage quality, presentation, and consistency.
- Anticipate and meet the needs of guests, with a focus on personalized service and attention to detail.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and a high level of guest satisfaction.
- Ensure a safe and healthy working environment, with a focus on food safety and hygiene.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve service quality, efficiency, and guest satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Excellent reading, writing, and oral proficiency in Spanish and English.
- 1-2 years of restaurant experience, with a focus on food and beverage service.
- Knowledge of service standards and procedures.
- Computer literacy and proficiency in hospitality software.
