About the Role

We are seeking a talented and creative F&B Supervisor to join our pre-opening team at the Four Seasons Resort Mallorca. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for assisting the daily Food and Beverage operation and ensuring that our guests receive the highest level of service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain an elegantly appointed environment, with superior staff, dedicated to an attentive, distinctive experience for breakfast, lunch, or dinner.
  • Maintain a friendly manner with all guests when greeting them, seating them, and throughout their dining experience.
  • Ensure successful handling of the dining room, including control of reservations and seating.
  • Ensure the correct and consistent service techniques for various meal periods.
  • Anticipate all materials and supplies, assure their availability.
  • Control usage of all food and beverage items and appropriate usage of equipment, tools, and service equipment.
  • Observe daily conditions of all physical facilities and equipment in the restaurant; makes recommendations for corrections and improvements as needed.
  • Communicate with other departments to ensure a supporting team of professionals.
  • Ensure a safe working environment for all employees within the restaurant.
  • Promote good public relations and handle complaints or concerns of guests.
  • Understand all food and beverage items offered, including ingredients, methods of preparation, and proper service.
  • Attend and participate in all required meetings.
  • Promote teamwork and foster a harmonious working climate.
  • Participate in all inventories directly involved with the operation of the restaurant.
  • Use the computer system in ringing, printing, and closing checks as well as shift report.
  • Give complete support to the Restaurant Assistant Manager and assumes responsibility for the Restaurant upon their absence.
Requirements
  • Excellent reading, writing, and oral proficiency in Spanish and English.
  • 1-2 years Restaurant experience, 1 year Food and Beverage service experience.
  • Knowledge of service and standards.
  • Computer literate.

Schedule & Hours

Full-time contract 40 hours per week. Rotating shifts from Monday to Sunday.

Candidates must have the legal right to work in Spain and have fluency in English and Spanish.
