Sales Representative for Architecture and Construction Solutions

Embark on a transformative journey with Autodesk, a pioneer in design and make technology. As an Enterprise Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for prospecting and hunting new business opportunities in the Architecture and Construction industry.

As a Territory Sales Representative, your role involves meeting sales quotas through up-selling, add-on sales, and cross-selling. You will report to a Territory Sales Hub Manager and collaborate with the Inside Sales Team, Partner Management, and Channel Partners to achieve quarterly and annual targets.
We offer a hybrid work schedule and a competitive compensation package, including discretionary annual cash bonuses, commissions for sales roles, stock or long-term incentive cash grants, and a comprehensive benefits package.
The salary for this position is estimated at $80,000 per year, based on national averages for a similar role in Barcelona, Spain. Please note that actual salaries may vary depending on experience and performance.
This role requires native Czech language skills and fluent English proficiency. Industry knowledge in architecture, engineering, or construction is also beneficial. Familiarity with Salesforce and LinkedIn Sales Navigator is a plus.
Responsibilities include:
- Generating and closing deals within defined accounts
- Identifying C-Level decision-makers and influencers along with their corresponding business needs, timeline, and budget
- Ensuring prospect and customer needs are understood and addressed by articulating how Autodesk solutions will accelerate their business
Meet your sales targets by managing opportunities and forecasting accurately. Deliver first-class executive presentations and discovery workshops with your customers. Partner with your team to grow sales and gain market share, and engage appropriate teams to add maximum value for your customers.
