At Itnig, we're seeking a highly skilled Compensation and Benefits Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our People Operations group, you will play a vital role in designing and implementing competitive compensation and benefits programs that support our company's growth objectives.
About the Role:
We're looking for someone with 2+ years of experience in compensation and benefits or a related HR role, preferably in a tech or startup environment. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in Excel are essential.
You'll conduct research on industry compensation trends, analyze internal salary data, and develop recommendations for updates to salary bands and compensation packages. You'll also manage employee benefits, coordinate with external providers, and ensure compliance with local employment laws and regulations.
In addition to your technical skills, you should be able to stay organized, adapt quickly to changing priorities, and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

What We Offer:
- A competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on location and experience
