Junior Business Planning Analyst and Data Insights Specialist

Job Summary
Hewlett-Packard is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Junior Business Planning Analyst and Data Insights Specialist to join our Industrial Print Customer Success (IPCS) team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for analyzing business trends, identifying areas for improvement, and providing data-driven insights to support business decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect, record, and analyze data using established protocols and processes to identify trends and patterns.
- Develop and maintain business intelligence analytics databases to support data-driven decision making.
- Apply predictive analysis and tools to forecast business outcomes and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement data-driven solutions.
- Communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders through clear and concise reports and presentations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a technical or business discipline, or equivalent experience.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to learn and adapt to new tools and technologies.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in Excel, Access, and statistical analysis software, with experience in data visualization and business intelligence tools a plus.
