We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Junior Business Planning Analyst and Data Insights Specialist to join our team at HP. As a key member of our Industrial Print Customer Success (IPCS) WW Current Business Management team, you will play a critical role in supporting our business planning, forecasting, and analysis efforts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collect, analyze, and visualize data to inform business decisions and drive growth.
  • Develop and maintain databases, data models, and data visualizations to support business intelligence and analytics.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and develop strategic plans.
  • Apply statistical analysis and data mining techniques to identify trends and patterns in data.
  • Design and implement data-driven solutions to improve business processes and operations.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a technical or business discipline, such as business administration, data science, or computer science.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to learn and adapt quickly.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Access, and statistical analysis software, such as R or Python.
