Junior Business Planning Analyst and Data Insights Specialist

**Job Summary**
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Junior Business Planning Analyst and Data Insights Specialist to join our Industrial Print Customer Success (IPCS) WW Current Business Management team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for analyzing business trends, providing data-driven insights, and supporting decision-making processes.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Collect, record, and analyze data using established protocols and processes, and communicate findings to team members for review and feedback.
- Utilize historical data to perform requirements analysis and identify trend lines across multiple data sources within the organization to support business decisions.
- Apply predictive analysis and tools to forecast business outcomes and employ business analytics to quantify and qualify data.
- Utilize the Business Intelligence analytics database to carry out statistical analysis and ad-hoc reporting as required.
- Assure accuracy, integrity, and compliance of cleansed data.
- Evaluate business processes, anticipate requirements, and develop solutions to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Assist in preparing literature and presentations for peer review, publication, and delivery at industry events and conferences.
**Requirements**
- Bachelor's degree in a technical or business discipline or equivalent experience with a focus on data management.
- Excellent English skills, written and spoken.
- Demonstrated analytical thinking, technical analysis, and data manipulation skills.
- Ability to learn and draw on new analytical techniques.
- Basic knowledge of research methodology, Excel, Access, statistical analysis, and financial modeling.
- Developing business acumen and technical knowledge within the area of responsibility.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic understanding of project management methodology.
- Knowledge of Power BI, SQL Server, and MySQL is preferred.
