About the Role
A cloud growth enablement specialist is a crucial member of our team, responsible for driving adoption of AWS technologies and delivering value to customers. This role involves developing a comprehensive account plan, growing and articulating compelling value propositions around AWS services, accelerating customer adoption, and maintaining a robust sales pipeline.

Job Description
A day in the life of this specialist involves engaging with developers and Chief Technology Officers (CTOs) to discuss strategies for scaling businesses, assisting founders in achieving their goals, and collaborating with internal teams during daily syncs to drive new opportunities and mutual learning. The emphasis on individual wellbeing in the EMEA region encourages dedicating time each month to focus on self-care.

About the Team
The startup organization at AWS comprises experts from diverse backgrounds, including former founders, CTOs, venture capitalists, angel investors, and mentors who upskill today's founders to navigate challenges and opportunities as they build their businesses. Our Startup Solutions Architect team is dedicated to working with startups, ensuring they can deploy scalable, secure architectures while minimizing time and expenses.
