About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Partnership Manager to join our Affiliate Marketing Team at Semrush. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and nurturing relationships with our existing partners, maximizing their marketing channels, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Execute Partnership Strategies: Create personalized action plans for each partner, ensuring maximum utilization of program benefits and incorporating innovative ideas to elevate their performance.
  • Recruitment and Onboarding: Plan, design, and execute targeted recruitment campaigns to attract high-potential partnerships.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Work with large amounts of data, applying analytical thinking to implement new tactics, report on performance, and make quick decisions for adjustments.
  • Project Management: Manage complex projects involving cross-functional collaboration, prioritizing tasks to meet new challenges and drive business growth.
Requirements
  • 5+ Years of Experience: In partnerships and digital marketing/affiliate marketing, with a strong understanding of the industry.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Outstanding negotiation, problem-solving, and collaboration skills, with the ability to interact with all levels of partnerships and management.
