We are seeking a highly skilled Service Desk Networking Specialist to join our team at Cross Border Talents. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our communication networks and providing maximum performance and availability for our users.

Key Responsibilities

  • Install, maintain, and support our LAN, MAN, and WAN networks
  • Maintain and support security devices such as firewalls and proxies
  • Ensure the security of our private networks

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • Native or proficient Spanish language skills and fluency in English
  • Advanced level of knowledge in switches and routers configuration
  • Cisco CCNA or CCNP certification

Desirable Qualifications

While not essential, having at least 2 years of experience in a similar position would be a significant advantage.
