At Recruit4Work Sl, we are a leading staffing and recruitment agency dedicated to connecting employers with top talent across various industries. We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Dutch Service Desk Agent to join our team.

About the Role

As a Dutch Service Desk Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients and their customers. Your primary duties will include:

  • Handling inbound customer service activities, including calls and ticket handling
  • Addressing inquiries related to general information, procedural questions, platform issues, user access, and PC configuration
  • Executing outbound customer service activities, such as making callbacks to address questions and provide solutions
  • Sending reminder and status update emails to ensure timely communication and resolution
  • Ensuring a high standard of customer service throughout all interactions
  • Collaborating with team members to efficiently resolve customer issues
  • Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
  • Staying informed about the latest updates and features on digital platforms to better assist customers
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Fluent in Dutch
  • Excellent verbal and written proficiency in English
  • Preferably to have an affinity with law/magistracy
  • Analytical skills, problem-solving thinking, and a healthy dose of empathy
  • Excellent computer skills and a readiness to acquire new tools
