Job Summary

Noblesse Recruitment is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Representative to join our team. As a Sales Representative for Dental Implants, you will be responsible for achieving sales targets in the assigned area, building and maintaining relationships with customers, and ensuring all sales activities are in accordance with company policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and execute sales strategies to optimize sales performance and achieve sales targets;
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, including dental and medical professionals;
  3. Provide guidance and support to customers on dental drilling sequences and surgery area setup;
  4. Ensure timely collection of outstanding accounts receivables from customers;
  5. Cultivate new and expanded sales prospects and customer opportunities;
  6. Resolve customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner;
  7. Set follow-up appointments to keep customers informed of new products and services.
Requirements
  1. Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar position in the dental/medical devices industry;
  2. Dental implants experience/knowledge of at least 2 years;
  3. Proven track record of sales success;
  4. Strong analytical and negotiation skills;
  5. Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish, both written and verbal;
  6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
  7. Self-starter and motivator with a strong work ethic.
