Payroll Processing Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled Payroll Processing Expert to join our team at Alight Solutions. As a key member of our payroll team, you will be responsible for running end-to-end payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in our day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities- Payroll Processing: Run end-to-end payroll following payroll calendar(s) and agreed processes.
- Client Support: Act as the first point of contact for client support, providing timely and effective solutions to their queries.
- Project Participation: Participate in projects activating the customer solution, including set up and testing of Alight Pay customer workbooks.
- Knowledge Transfer: Conduct Knowledge Transfer sessions and support colleagues and clients.
- Process Improvement: Support improvement initiatives and update internal stakeholders in a timely and accurate way.
- Fluent English: Fluent in English (written, oral).
- Advanced Excel: Advanced level of Excel.
- Industry Experience: HR Consulting, payroll and outsourcing industry experience.
- Business Analysis: Business analysis experience.
- Global Experience: Experience working for a global organization with a multi-cultural environment.
