As an Integration Solutions Specialist, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences by designing, implementing, and maintaining seamless integration solutions.
Main Responsibilities- Design and Implement Integration Solutions: Develop and deploy integration solutions that meet customer requirements, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with sales, marketing, and customer success teams to understand customer needs and develop tailored integration solutions.
- Provide Technical Expertise: Share your technical knowledge and expertise with customers, ensuring they have a deep understanding of the integration solutions and their benefits.
- Monitor and Maintain Integration Solutions: Continuously monitor and maintain integration solutions to ensure they meet customer requirements and are free from errors.
- Identify and Mitigate Risks: Proactively identify potential risks and issues, and develop mitigation strategies to ensure customer satisfaction and business continuity.
- Information Technology Certificate of Higher Education: Possess a relevant IT certificate or degree, such as a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- English Language Proficiency: Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with a minimum of B1 level proficiency.
- Strong Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
- Experience with Integration Technologies: Have significant experience working with integration technologies, such as Boomi, SCPI, and PtP (ECP).
- Customer-Focused: Demonstrate a customer-centric approach, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Information Technology Bachelor's Degree: Possess a relevant IT degree, such as a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Significant Experience with Cloud-Based Solutions: Have significant experience managing multiple projects involving cloud-based solutions.
- Boomi and SCPI Knowledge and Experience: Possess in-depth knowledge and experience with Boomi and SCPI integration technologies.
- Stakeholder Management Experience: Demonstrate experience in stakeholder management, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
