Position Overview

We are seeking an Integration Specialist to become a vital part of our innovative team at Alight.

Proficiency in Boomi or Hana Cloud Integration (SCPI) is highly advantageous.

Familiarity with database management, JAVA, and web technologies (particularly JavaScript, Groovy, and HTML5 standards) is beneficial.

Knowledge of SAP HCM or SuccessFactors is also considered a plus.

The ideal candidate will embody strong corporate values and possess a commitment to delivering exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities:

· Acquire expertise in technologies such as Boomi, SCPI, and PtP (ECP)

· Facilitate the onboarding of new clients

· Engage in discussions to understand customer needs or concerns

· Provide estimates and project planning to clients

· Customize and configure technical solutions based on provided requirements

· Address issues within service level agreements while ensuring high customer satisfaction

· Oversee processes to maintain a 100% success rate in transactions

· Implement new solutions (Interfaces)

· Conduct unit testing and system integration testing

· Assist clients with interface functionality

· Manage multiple projects concurrently

· Ensure proper deployment of solutions across Development, Test, and Production environments

· Keep documentation of interfaces current and comprehensive

· Collaborate with other teams at Alight to support customer-related initiatives

· Engage in customer micro-management activities (Priorities, Releases, SFTP, Change Requests, Meetings...)

· Identify potential risks or issues for clients and communicate with relevant stakeholders (ITCAM, Team Lead)

· Maintain communication with your Team Lead regarding issues, escalations, and informational updates

Qualifications:

· Higher Education Certificate in Information Technology

· Proficient in English with professional-level competency

· Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills

· Excellent organizational, time management, and negotiation abilities

· Experience working as part of a virtual team

· Demonstrates high professional standards and teamwork

· A strong customer focus to uphold our vision of client satisfaction

· Adaptability and patience in a dynamic and challenging environment

· Exceptional analytical skills

· Experience and expertise in stakeholder management

Preferred Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree in Information Technology

· Extensive experience managing multiple projects, preferably involving cloud-based solutions

· Knowledge and experience with Boomi

· Knowledge and experience with SCPI

· Previous experience in an HR generalist or technical role

· Proficiency in any additional European language
